‘Connected Kids’ – Relaxation and Mindfulness Activities for Children

‘Connected Kids’ sessions teach meditation and mindfulness activities which can help children to:-

  • Balance stress.
  • Help to improve sleep.
  • Help focus and concentration.
  • Reduce physical and mental tension.
  • Reduce anxiety.
  • Help them cope with change.
  • Improve self-esteem.

A variety of different approaches are used to help children to feel calmer, happier and more peaceful. These sessions are tailor-made to meet the needs of the children involved. Sessions are available from toddlers to teens and can be  facilitated as individual or group sessions.  These sessions are suitable for use in nurseries, play groups, schools, holiday clubs, play schemes and by parents and children privately.

‘Connected kids’ can assist children in learning simple techniques that will help and support them in times of worry and anxiety, skills that will help them not just in childhood but throughout life. Children are much more open to the process of meditation and mindfulness than adults, it is therefore beneficial to introduce this positive coping approach from an early age.
